Sales – China Region
We are seeking an intelligent and highly-motivated Sales Executive with sales experience, preferably insoftware/technology. This is a terrific opportunity to join an established and respected software organization within the civil and environmental engineering field. Our ideal candidate has spent at least five years in business to business sales, has territory management skills and is comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Using the tools, database and training made available, the Sales Executive will:
  • Research and find new leads, and also effectively utilize leads from marketing exercises for their designated territory and guide potential clients through the sales process
  • Demonstrate the value of XP Solutions software products to engineers and senior level decision makers.
  • Setup and maintain leads and customer records in the Salesforce Database
  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with active customers
  • Identify trends in customer needs and software uses, and provide feedback to management
  • Meet established calling and activity quotas to maximize territory potential
  • Be willing to travel on occasion for industry tradeshows or key client meetings
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in sales data mining
  • Experienced closing sales opportunities
  • At least five years’ experience in business to business sales
  • Experience with demonstrating the commercial value of civil engineering software products
  • Effective people and negotiating skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate the business value of technical features
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering

Compensation
The Sales Executive compensation package includes:
  • Base Salary
  • Solid commission structure based on sales goals
