This project involves building a real time urban flood forecasting and warning system for a pilot system of Shanghai City. Key tasks include designing a distributed computer modelling and data exchange platform. The system receives real time monitoring data from various stations and performs data evaluation, trig model simulation, and dynamic risk analysis.  The system then creates and publishes a hierarchy of flood forecasting information.
